Congratulations Bob!

Bob Rhodes is a songwriter and pastor based in Southern California. A lifelong lover of music, Bob grew up listening to a wide range of artists—from the arena rock of Bon Jovi and Van Halen to the lyrical depth of Collective Soul and the genre-bending sounds of Blues Traveler and Dave Matthews Band. Though his vocational path led him into ministry, music has always been a place where personal experience, faith, and honest questioning converge.

Bob has just released his debut EP The Odyssey, a six-song journey through doubt, struggle, grace, and transformation. Musically rooted in Christian rock and shaped by decades of listening across genres, the EP reimagines traditional hymns, draws on scripture, and includes original songs that confront suffering while reaching for hope. Tracks range from sparse piano and voice to full-band arrangements with layered guitars and raw emotion.

The Odyssey marks the culmination of years of songwriting and musical exploration, bringing together Bob’s creative and pastoral worlds in a singular project. While this EP stands on its own, he looks forward to discovering what future creative opportunities might emerge in the future.
